We provide residential construction and remodeling services including, but not limited to, sunroom additions, four-season rooms, three-season rooms, patio enclosures, screen room installations, patio-to-sunroom conversions, deck-to-sunroom conversions, solarium installations, patio cover installations, and related outdoor living improvements.

Our services are available to homeowners in our defined service area. We do not guarantee service availability in all locations. Use of this Site does not create a contractor-client relationship; that relationship is established only upon execution of a written contract signed by both parties.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by JSW Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios are free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final, binding price is established only in a written, signed contract between you and JSW Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios.

Estimates are subject to change if site conditions, materials costs, permit requirements, or project scope change after the estimate is issued. We will notify you in writing of any changes to the estimated price before proceeding with work that would result in additional cost.

Prices quoted on this Site, in marketing materials, or in general conversation are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote for your specific project.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to permit delays, material availability, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes to you as promptly as possible.

Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, are set forth in the written contract for each project. Cancellation of a signed contract may result in forfeiture of a deposit or liability for costs already incurred, as specified in that contract.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any project prior to execution of a written contract, at our sole discretion, for any reason.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment schedules typically include a deposit at the time of contract signing, one or more progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon completion.

All payments are due on the schedule specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as stated in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made on time.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of contract signing. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

6. Permits and Regulatory Compliance

All construction work performed by JSW Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios will be completed in compliance with applicable local building codes and permit requirements. We will obtain required building permits on your behalf as part of the project, and permit fees will be included in your written contract estimate.

You are responsible for disclosing any homeowners association (HOA) rules or deed restrictions that may apply to your property before work begins. Delays caused by HOA review processes or by information you failed to disclose are not our responsibility.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Specific warranty terms for workmanship and materials are set forth in each written project contract. Unless stated otherwise in your contract, we provide a limited warranty on our workmanship for a period specified in that contract.

Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are passed through to you to the extent permitted by the manufacturer. We make no representations beyond what is stated in the written contract regarding the performance or longevity of any specific product or material.

The Site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JSW Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
